## Option 1 — Website voice (recommended)

Your website visitors click a button and talk to your AI. Voice runtime is metered by Vigthoria Pay; there is no separate phone-carrier surcharge.

### Steps

1. **Log in** to B2C Hub
2. Go to **Widget Embed** (in the menu)
3. Customize colors and copy the **voice widget code**
4. Paste the code on your website before `</body>`
5. Open your website → click the microphone button → **Allow microphone**
6. Wait ~10–15 seconds — your AI will greet you

## Option 2 — Forward your existing number

Keep the number on your business cards and Google — forward unanswered calls to Vigthoria.

### Before you start

Your Vigthoria team must assign a **local phone line** to your assistant (e.g. Austrian +43 number for Austria). Ask them if you don't see one in Phone Setup.

### Steps

1. Log in → **Phone Setup** → **Setup Guide**
2. Choose **Forward your existing number**
3. Note the **Vigthoria number** to forward to
4. On your mobile, dial the code shown (example: `**2118446161540#`)  
   — this forwards calls when you don't answer
5. Or use your phone settings:  
   **Settings → Call forwarding → When unanswered → enter Vigthoria number**
6. **Test:** Call your own number from another phone. Don't answer — the AI should pick up.

### To turn off forwarding

Dial `##21#` from your mobile.

### Costs

- Your mobile carrier may charge for forwarded minutes
- Vigthoria charges **€0.15 per connected minute** of managed public-phone runtime
- Website voice is also €0.10/min, without the carrier surcharge

## Option 3 — Buy a new phone number

Get a dedicated local number that rings your AI assistant.

### Steps

1. Log in → **Phone Setup** → **New Phone Line**
2. Select your **assistant**
3. Choose your **country** (pick your country to avoid international rates)
4. Click **Search Numbers** → pick a number → **Purchase & Activate**
5. Complete payment — your number activates automatically
6. Put the new number on your website, email signature, and Google Business

1. Log in → **Phone Setup** → **Port Your Existing Number**
2. Enter your current number, carrier name, and assistant
3. Submit — our team handles the transfer (2–5 business days)
4. Your number stays active during the transfer
5. After completion, callers reach your AI directly
